– Certification / re-certification audit
- The client fills in the certification application. After its review and positive evaluation, a contract with the client is concluded.
- An audit team is named. The team then performs an audit of the client’s documentation.
- The audit team performs Stage 1 audit, concentrating on the location assessment, the extent of the management system, client’s processes and headquarters, internal audits, and management review. A report is prepared from the Stage 1 audit.
- Subsequently, a plan for a Stage 2 audit is prepared. After its execution, a report of the audit is produced.
- A decision on granting the certification to the client is made.
– Surveillance audit
Carried out once per year during the validity of the certificate.
